Bootcamp is structured outdoor fitness and conditioning program designed to maximize fun, complete fitness, burn fat, and get you in great shape fast!Bootcamp is a program that includes all components of fitness (cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, strength, balance, stability, core strength, speed and agility) into one jam packed 60 minute session and each session will never be the same.Bootcamp is designed to challenge participants individually, allowing everyone to give 100%, regardless of age or current fitness levels, Bangkok’s personal trainers and bootcamp coaches are there to help you perform better in each and every bootcamp session and the Classes are based around circuits, intervals, games, races, and creative partner exercises. Mainly body weight based exercises and very little equipment is used making for a challenging but fun out fitness experience.
