CrossFit (Intro) Foundations is designed to help participants master the skills and conditioning needed to excel in standard CrossFit classes. Each class will focus on at least two major skills of CrossFit and finish with a short CrossFit-style Workout Of the Day or "WOD". This class will focus more on strength building and skill acquisition than a standard CrossFit class. WODs are normally shorter at 10-15 minutes and have a great emphasis on skill and form.
